Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us and return the item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you ordered, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full order amount (not including any costs incurred for return postage) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

Returns
If for any reason you would like to return your item back to us you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding your return and to post the item back to us. Return postage costs incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer and CanineCraftsUK will not refund any postage costs incurred as a result of a return.
Customers must keep a valid postage receipt and tracking number. In the case that the item is lost in transit this is the customers responsibility to open a claim with the courier. Customers are required to email us the tracking number once the return has been sent.
